Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Founding Partner Veterinarian to build a new general practice on the Carolina coast. You will shape a client-first, collaborative culture while mentoring a growing medical team and setting the standard of care in medicine, surgery, and dentistry.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and a license in good standing to practice.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a veterinarian with strong foundation in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Compassionate, collaborative leadership with ability to mentor staff.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of running a successful practice.
• Leadership or management experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a client-first, collaborative culture focused on medical excellence.
• Lead and mentor a medical team including veterinarians and paraprofessionals.
• Set and maintain the hospital's standard of care across medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Partner with Hospital Manager to manage financial performance and growth.
