Mission Pet Health seeks a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to build and own a practice within our network. You will shape medical culture, mentor a team, and drive clinical and business performance from day one.

You bring a DVM with licensure and 4+ years of leadership in veterinary care; equity options and a cash incentive plan position you to share in hospital growth, with relocation support and access to a nationwide support network.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and license in good standing.
• Minimum 4+ years of veterinary practice with medicine, surgery and dentistry.
• Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor associate veterinarians and paraprofessional staff.
• Establish a gold-standard medical culture and clinical excellence.
• Partner with Hospital Manager to drive financial performance and growth.
• Develop and oversee standards in medicine, surgery and dentistry.
