Mission Pet Health is seeking a Founding Partner and Lead Veterinarian to establish a premier Livewell Animal Hospital in Chula Vista. You will shape medical culture, mentor a growing team, and drive patient care excellence while partnering on the business side to accelerate growth in a high-traffic coastal community.

Qualifications

• DVM license in good standing and eligible to practice veterinary medicine.
• 4+ years of experience as a veterinarian with strong medicine, surgery, and dentistry foundations.
• Compassionate, collaborative leadership and ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of running a successful veterinary practice.

Responsibilities

• Create a client-first, premium hospital culture and lead medical excellence from day one.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor associate veterinarians and paraprofessionals.
• Maintain high standards of care and mentor in surgery and dentistry.
