Job summary
Mission Pet Health is seeking a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to build and lead a new practice with strong medical autonomy and a collaborative team culture. You will mentor doctors and staff, establish gold-standard clinical practices, and align medical excellence with business growth.
You will own clinical and operational leadership, partnering with the Hospital Manager to drive profitability while delivering exceptional patient care and staff development across the hospital network.
Qualifications
- DVM license in good standing to practice.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of running a practice.
- Prior formal leadership experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a hospital culture focused on medical excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop veterinarians and staff.
- Set standards of care in medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
- Partner with Hospital Manager on financial performance and growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the medical team.
