Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Quick Notes

• This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco - we work from the office 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
• You must be based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before starting.
• We require US work authorisation, but are open to O-1 visa sponsorship for truly exceptional candidates.
  
  

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the CEO to do whatever it takes to win, from product strategy to managing customer relationships. We’re looking for an ambitious generalist that can blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping drive sales, including running new marketing and viral campaigns, taking customer calls, and driving prospects to close
• Overseeing customer onboarding, including ongoing experimentation on Helium
• Building out Helium workflows for customers, including overseeing designers
• Identifying and proposing new improvements to the product
• Misc strategic tasks with the founders
• Ability to travel ~10-20% of the role

• 1-3 years of experience in startups, operations, or consulting, or another relevant field
• You have a proven history of getting shit done
• You're a proactive problem-solver. You see what needs doing and jump on it, even when the path isn't perfectly clear. You have a strong bias for action.
• You're masterfully organized. You can happily juggle complex projects and never miss a beat.
• You're a fast learner. You can quickly get up to speed on new things, whether it’s a legal puzzle or a new software tool.
• You're a clear communicator. You write and speak well.
• You’re excited about technology: And have built it before or use AI in your daily life.
• You’re willing to work hard: Including pulling long hours to get a new project out the door, or put down personal plans to fix a customer issue
