Arcade is hiring a principal ML engineer to lead the model pipeline, training, and production deployment for agent capabilities. You will own end‑to‑end ML workflows, from data ingestion to publishing, and mentor a team building tool‑calling and agent intelligence that runs inside enterprise environments.

You will ship models and tooling with an emphasis on low latency, security, and reliability, helping Arcade deliver secure, auditable AI actions in Fortune‑100 settings.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years training and shipping production ML systems.
• Experience deploying models in enterprise/production.
• Strong Python for training and ML work; TypeScript or Go for production services.
• Able to ship quickly and tolerate ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Own the ML training pipeline end to end from data through release.
• Build models for tool selection, routing, retrieval, and memory.
• Expand model use cases to new territory like search over tools and context.
• Develop eval systems with offline and online measurements.
• Ship on‑prem: quantize, optimize, and package for customer VPCs.
• Turn production telemetry into training data within enterprise safety boundaries.
• Set ML stack direction and hiring roadmap.
• Decide what to build based on deep model systems expertise.
• Push for shipping tangible features on a tight cycle.
