Job summary

Arcade is seeking a Staff Applied AI Engineer to architect the ML systems at the core of its product. This senior, high-impact role focuses on system-level design for diffusion models, LLMs, and emerging generative architectures, ensuring reliable, scalable output in production.

You will lead the data foundation, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring while mentoring the growing AI team and translating research advances into practical pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with production ML systems.
• Strong systems thinking enabling scalable ML outputs and quality.
• Proficiency in Python and Linux; hands-on experience with ML libraries.

Responsibilities

• Architect the ML systems behind Arcade's generative platform, designing pipelines, training infrastructure, and serving at production scale.
• Identify high-leverage architectural changes to scale ML operations and improve model output.
• Set evaluation and quality bars with data-driven decisions for model and pipeline quality.
