Job summary

Woodhouse Spa – Highland Park is a brand-new luxury spa on Chicago’s North Shore. As one of our founding Massage Therapists, you’ll help set the standard for what “Woodhouse Highland Park” means: brand-new treatment rooms, brand-new equipment, and a guest following you help build from day one.

The owners work in the spa day to day as true partners, not a distant corporate office. You’ll benefit from an established national brand’s marketing, training systems, and reputation to keep your table

Qualifications

• Current Illinois massage therapy license (IDFPR) in good standing.
• Luxury spa experience a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest connection.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Regular attendance with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized massage services and body treatments.
• Deliver modalities including deep tissue, hot stone, couples, and maternity.
• Guide guests through the service menu and recommend treatments.
• Obtain detailed guest health history and maintain confidentiality.
• Use body mechanics to protect your wrists, hands, and body.
• Ensure guests have a high-touch concierge experience from greeting to rebooking.
