About Woodhouse Spa

Woodhouse Spas are seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a luxurious and restorative experience for our guests while helping them enhance their overall well-being.

MASSAGE THERAPIST POSITION

Classification: Part-Time up to 32 hours per week
Weekends Required

EDUCATION

Active IL State Massage Therapy License required

Skills And Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Strives to receive additional continuing education to stay the best in their profession.
Experience with hospitality and providing exceptional customer service

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use.
Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
Has an up to date massage license for the state of Illinois.
Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized work area according to current State Board regulations.
Utilize salon software to manage client information.
Works well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests
Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position
Exercises good judgment and makes decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals.
Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand and bend over for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to perform multiple services during shift
