Light is seeking its founding marketing leader in Austin, joining alongside the founders and GTM team. You will own Light's narrative, translate it into compelling stories, and build a marketing function from the ground up.

You will define how Light is perceived and drive awareness, demand, and growth with a hands-on, multi-channel approach. You'll collaborate across product, sales, and partnerships to craft stories and assets that accelerate opportunities and shape the category Light is

Responsibilities

• Define and own Light's category narrative and why-now.
• Build a scalable messaging system for home electrification, mobility, and real estate.
• Create Light's marketing engine from zero across PR, content, partner marketing, social, events.
• Turn narrative into GTM assets and collateral that move opportunities forward.
• Elevate Light in conversations shaping the future of energy and electrification.
• Lay the foundation for a world-class marketing function and scale the team.
