FinPro. is seeking a Founding Marketing Lead in New York to build and own the marketing function from the ground up. You will partner with the CEO to shape strategy, brand, and demand generation for an ambitious, AI-insurance-focused technology business.

This role offers equity participation and a hybrid work setup with four days in the office. You’ll have the autonomy to hire, develop and lead a marketing team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Ability to build and lead a marketing function from scratch.
• Excellent communication and brand positioning skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Own brand positioning, messaging and external communications.
• Build targeted account-based campaigns to engage enterprise decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate opportunities and support complex cycles.
• Develop thought leadership, content and industry engagement initiatives.
• Establish partnerships and identify events and networking opportunities.
• Create sales enablement materials to support high-value conversations.
• Track performance and optimize campaigns for results.
• Explore AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
