Anagram is a fully remote startup redefining security training with puzzles, simulations, and an AI coach. We seek the first marketing hire to build a complete function from the ground up, reporting to the CEO and COO, and turning a bold rebrand into measurable growth.

You’ll define messaging, programs, and content that resonate with CISOs and drive demand. You’ll own channels from content to events, optimize the website for demos, and ensure our founder is the go-to voice in security.

Responsibilities

• Turns our product into a story sales can actually use.
• Builds inbound from zero.
• Creates content that earns trust and captures leads.
• Makes our website work as a conversion tool.
• Gets Anagram surfaced in AI search.
• Makes our Founder & CEO the go-to voice in security awareness.
• Makes our Founder & CEO the first call when security news breaks.
• Makes our customer logos do real work.
• Makes HubSpot actually useful.
• Nice to have: background in cybersecurity or familiarity with the enterprise security buyer.
