Job summary

Anagram, a fully remote cybersecurity SaaS startup, seeks a Marketing Lead to build and scale a complete marketing function. You will craft compelling product messaging, create demand, and drive inbound from zero while aligning with the CEO and COO to shape our growth story.

You will own content, digital channels, and HubSpot-driven processes to convert prospects into engaged leads and customers, elevating our brand and credibility in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B marketing for a SaaS or cybersecurity product.
• Strong storytelling and messaging capabilities across channels.
• Proven ability to build marketing engines from scratch and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Turns our product into a compelling story and messaging foundation for sales enablement.
• Builds inbound marketing programs from zero and increases demo requests.
• Creates assets (blogs, guides, webinars) to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Optimizes website as a high-conversion tool with clear paths to a demo.
• Ensures Anagram appears in AI search results and industry conversations.
• Position Founder & CEO as the go-to voice via conferences, podcasts, bylines, and social channels.
• Develops case studies and social proof from customer logos and reviews.
• Maximizes HubSpot usage for lead scoring, attribution, nurtures, and pipeline analytics.
