Job summary

Goddard Riverside, a Manhattan-based community organization, seeks a Manager of Participant Support for the Advance and Earn program. You will supervise Case Managers, conduct assessments, provide counseling, and coordinate services to help young adults achieve education and employment goals.

This role blends supervision, direct support, and advocacy across local resources. The ideal candidate holds LMSW or LMHC (LCSW preferred) with 3+ years in social services, and experience with DYCD

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• At least three years of experience in social services, youth development, or related field.
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience with case management within DYCD programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Case Managers; provide supervision, guidance, and support.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop SMART goals.
• Provide counseling, case management oversight, and participant support.
• Maintain detailed case notes, treatment plans, and program reporting.
• Facilitate workshops on mental health, financial literacy, and employment readiness.
• Cultivate partnerships with community organizations and manage referrals.
