• Hands-on ownership of live M&A transactions, including client advisory and deal execution.
• Ability to translate recurring execution challenges into clear engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own M&A deals from mandate through close, including process management, client advice, negotiation, and execution details.
• Work with engineers to identify repeatable manual tasks, define software workflows, and test them on live transactions.
• Build and lead the initial deal execution team as the business grows.
• Develop client relationships and take on more advisory work as software automates parts of execution.
