You will build AI systems that streamline insurance workflows for small and medium businesses, starting from 0 to 1 in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities include creating browser-use agents, voice AI integrations, and end-to-end systems with robust evaluation frameworks, plus carrier integrations and policy-analysis tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 0–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on production LLM/AI agent experience.
• Experience with Python or TypeScript.
• Ability to own systems from 0 to 1 in a fast-moving environment.
• A computer science or engineering degree.

Aufgaben

• Build browser-use agents to automate insurance workflows.
• Develop voice AI for interactions with clients and insurance carriers.
• Create long-horizon LLM pipelines and robust evaluation frameworks.
• Build carrier integrations and AI-powered quoting and submission workflows.
• Develop AI agents for policy analysis and document processing.
• Own systems end to end and shape the technical direction from the ground up.
