Wwshemi is building AI-focused financial services software to support investment banking workflows. The role centers on leading M&A transactions from mandate to close, coordinating with engineers to automate repeatable processes and scale deal execution.

You will grow a deal execution team and deepen client relationships as the product automates more of the workflow. Ideal candidates bring 1–4 years of M&A execution experience in IB or advisory, plus exposure to high-growth startups, growth

Competenze

• 1–4 years of experience with M&A execution at analyst/associate level in IB or advisory
• Relevant exposure to high-growth startups, growth equity, VC, or middle-market PE is a plus
• Hands-on ownership of live M&A transactions and client advisory responsibilities
• Ability to translate recurring execution challenges into clear engineering requirements

About the Role

Join an AI-focused financial services startup building software to support investment banking workflows. You will lead M&A transactions while working with engineers to turn deal execution into scalable, automated processes.

What You'll Do

• Own M&A deals from mandate through close, including process management, client advice, negotiation, and execution details.
• Work with engineers to identify repeatable manual tasks, define software workflows, and test them on live transactions.
• Build and lead the initial deal execution team as the business grows.
• Develop client relationships and take on more advisory work as software automates parts of execution.

What We're Looking For

• One to four years of experience, with M&A execution experience at the analyst or associate level in investment banking or an advisory firm.
• Meaningful experience at a high-growth startup, growth equity or venture capital firm, or small to mid-market private equity fund is also relevant.
• Hands-on ownership of live M&A transactions, including client advisory, negotiation, process management, and deal execution.
• Ability to translate recurring execution challenges into clear engineering requirements and assess whether software solves them.
• Commercial judgment, client-facing experience, and readiness to build a team and manage relationships independently.
