Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• MO Teacher Certification required.
• Teaching experience in a K-5 setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality literacy-focused lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with grade-level and content-area teams.
• Assess student progress using formative and summative assessments.
• Engage families and community in student learning.
• Participate in professional development to grow instructional practices.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behavior.
• Support recruitment efforts and foster an inclusive school community.
