Qualifications

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned to Minnesota Academic Standards.
• Teach using Math Expressions, Wonders, FOSS and TCI curricula.
• Incorporate Fly Five SEL for social-emotional growth.
• Use Responsive Classroom to foster inclusive classroom culture.
• Prepare students for middle school with academic readiness.
• Collaborate with grade-level peers and contribute to school initiatives.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction to meet student needs.
• Communicate openly with students, families, and colleagues.
