Wisteria at Warner Center, a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement Community opening in late 2026, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join founding team onsite in Woodland Hills, California. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, compliance with state and federal regulations, and employee relations.

Compensation ranges from $33.00 to $36.25 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, FSA, Safe

Competenze

• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in customer service.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal labor regulations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with HRIS, ATS, LMS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Develops recruitment strategies and maintains careers pages.
• Conducts screenings and coordinates interviews.
• Manages new hire orientation and HR events.
• Coordinates benefits enrollment and HRIS maintenance.
• Handles leave of absence processes and workers' comp reports.
• Maintains certifications, licensure, and work permits.
• Conducts exit interviews and maintains employee evaluations.
• Supports policy development and HR projects.
