Zusammenfassung

Conduit Health is seeking a Founding People Lead to build the People function from the ground up, collaborating with the CEO and leadership to shape talent strategy, recruiting, performance management, and HR operations for a fast-growing healthcare startup.

You will be a high-ownership, hands-on operator driving org design, compensation frameworks, onboarding, benefits, and culture initiatives while supporting rapid growth in a hybrid NYC environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of recruiting/People Ops experience.
• Experience building People processes and infrastructure at scale.
• Strong collaboration with executives and hiring managers.
• Hybrid NYC office presence and hands-on ownership.
