Job summary

Corgi Insurance Inc. is opening a brand-new Columbus, Ohio office and is hiring a Founding GTM. You will lead outbound efforts to startup founders and finance leaders, qualify leads, and maintain perfect CRM hygiene while partnering with Account Executives.

Ideal candidates bring a competitive drive and proven quota attainment, plus strong verbal and written communication skills. No prior insurance experience is required, and you’ll join a YC-backed company at real scale.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls and outreach to startup founders, operators, and finance leaders.
• Qualify outbound leads and move them through the top of the sales funnel.
• Own your CRM hygiene — accurate notes, next steps, and follow-through on every deal in your pipeline.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and underwriting to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
