Job summary

Forge is seeking its first GTM hire in New York to own a broad, founder-level growth function. You will drive outbound and inbound motions, experiment with new channels, and partner directly with the CEO to define our go-to-market playbook.

As a generalist, you will write and ship content, automate processes with AI tools, and hire the next GTM teammates while wearing many hats in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
