Job summary

MintMCP is seeking a growth marketer to scale demand for its MCP gateway and enterprise security tools. You will own acquisition programs for a technical B2B product, manage multi-channel outbound, ABM, and funnel analytics.

You’ll work closely with founders and a scaling sales team in the San Francisco Bay Area, using AI agents to optimize campaigns and tailor messaging for IT, security, and platform buyers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth for a technical B2B product with pipeline ownership.
• Experience mapping funnel end-to-end and running structured experiments.
• Hands-on with marketing stack and major paid channels.
• Experience with ABM and multi-channel outbound.
• Ability to understand and message to technically oriented buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth for a technical B2B product, owning acquisition programs.
• Own pipeline, MQL/SQL metrics, and funnel optimization.
• Execute multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn) with AI-assisted approaches.
• Collaborate with founders and scalable sales teams to hit goals.
• Measure and iterate campaigns using data to drive decisions.
