Job summary

MintMCP is hiring a Growth Marketer in the San Francisco Bay Area to scale demand for a technical B2B product that enables secure agent infrastructure. You will own multi-channel growth programs, including ABM outbound, email, LinkedIn, and retargeting, using AI-assisted tools to scale output.

You will partner with founders and a growing sales team, instrument the funnel, and focus on pipeline, CAC, and payback.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running acquisition or growth programs for a technical B2B product.
• Systems- and experiment-oriented: map the funnel end-to-end, instrument it, and run fast, structured experiments.
• Hands-on with the stack: marketing automation, CRM, sequencers and enrichment/scoring tools, and major paid channels.
• Experience running an account-based, multi-channel outbound motion (email and LinkedIn at scale) and retargeting.
• Ability to understand technical buyers (platform/IT/security/AI) and tailor messages by channel.
