Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a growth-minded individual to own the prelaunch for an early-stage consumer AI hardware startup. You will build the waitlist and shape the product story from the ground up, working closely with the founder and a small founding team.

You’ll create and distribute social content across Instagram and LinkedIn, run rapid experiments with paid budgets, and use learnings to guide subsequent growth experiments as the company prepares for launch.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of growth or marketing experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience growing an audience or waitlist from zero with measurable results.
• Hands-on social content creation and understanding of distribution on social platforms.
• Experience managing paid acquisition budgets and running rapid experiments.
• Comfort working with a small founding team; event planning experience is useful.

Own prelaunch growth for an early-stage consumer AI hardware startup developing a wearable for more private interaction with computers. You will build the waitlist and shape the product story from the ground up, working closely with the founder and a small founding team.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of growth or marketing experience at an early-stage startup, building an audience or waitlist.
• Experience growing an audience or waitlist from zero and clear examples of your individual contributions and results.
• Hands-on social content creation and an understanding of how platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn distribute content.
• Experience managing paid acquisition budgets and running rapid conversion experiments.
• Comfort working with a small founding team; event planning experience is also useful.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
