Job summary

Ceno is building a neobank for the US-to-Asia corridor and seeks a senior growth and content marketing leader in New York to own the full content-to-acquisition funnel. You will direct creator partnerships, paid social, and lifecycle marketing to drive funded accounts, with a focus on diaspora and multicultural US audiences.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in growth and content marketing, with full funnel ownership.
• Built a growth engine from scratch with audience, paid channels or creator programs.
• Strong editorial and creative judgment in translating complex topics for a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Own content pipeline and manage creators, advisors, and UGC partners for multi-channel output.
• Identify, contract, and manage US finance creators and influencers; coordinate with Korea team.
• Own the paid/social, referral, and lifecycle marketing funnel to drive funded accounts.
• Build the first US GTM playbook: channels, messages, and funnel mechanics for repeatable growth.
• Lead audience sequencing from Korean/Japanese diaspora to broader US retail audiences.
• Define brand voice and material education; ensure FINRA/SEC compliant marketing.
• Own analytics: report funded accounts, CPA, activation, and channel performance to leadership.
• Hire 2–3 marketing teammates in the first year; build a scrappy, high-impact team.
