Melotech is seeking a Growth Manager to own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. You will manage budgets, testing, and creative development, working directly with founders, product and data teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years of hands-on paid buying and can scale creative testing with a data-driven mindset. This role offers remote work with global collaboration and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of hands-on paid buying experience, ideally in a startup or small team.
• Experience owning paid social channels end to end (Meta, TikTok or Snapchat) with large ad volumes.
• Proven ability to test creatives at scale and build a reliable creative pipeline.
• Strong data analysis, with SQL or Python, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Account structure: consolidate/split ad sets, segment by geography, age and placement.
• Campaign operations: manage day-to-day campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat with budgets and targets.
• Creative pipeline: build a system for weekly fresh creatives, with clear kill rules and briefs.
• Creative partners: direct editors, video producers, UGC creators and agencies.
• Portfolio allocation: move budget across many releases based on data and risk.
• Measurement: define which metrics answer which questions and monitor payback.
• Tooling: build reports, scripts and automations using APIs.
