Job summary

OpenVenture in Pleasanton, CA is building an AI-native platform to help solo attorneys launch and grow their practices. We’re seeking a resourceful, execution-focused growth professional to find, reach, convert, and onboard independent attorneys onto our platform.

You’ll own the entire process: identify attorneys, build lists, run demos, onboard them, and feed insights back to product and engineering to improve the experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that rewards initiative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, sales, or partnerships.
• Proven ability to build outbound pipelines and convert leads.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify attorneys recently starting their own firms.
• Own outbound across channels: email, calls, DMs.
• Run demos and onboard attorneys to the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product based on feedback.
• Experiment with growth channels and scale proven methods.
• Build a scalable growth engine for onboarding thousands of attorneys.
