Qualifications

• Proven experience in fast casual restaurants with a deep understanding of hospitality, guest engagement, and service standards.
• Highly organized, financially fluent, and proficient in hospitality systems and technology.
• Experience independently leading, mentoring, and managing a team.
• Passion for Hospitality and Culinary Excellence with the ability to provide thoughtful, accurate service while creating lasting memories for our guests.
• Possess the legal ability to work with alcohol including required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations.
• Set and maintain elevated standards of service and professionalism to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Take full ownership of site performance and reputation by driving sales and ensuring seamless guest dining experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and genuine care.
• Manage staff performance, attendance, and team engagement while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
• Monitor budgeting activities, control costs, and analyze financial reports to meet business goals.
• Overseeing payroll and submitting documentation to HR in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary operation compliant with health regulations.
