Lead the hospitality team, manage costs and budget, and ensure outstanding guest experiences with a focus on food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume or multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to develop and coach restaurant teams.
• Familiarity with fast casual or full-service concepts.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and budgeting.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
