Job summary

Singh Capital Partners seeks a Head of Capital Formation to lead the firm’s capital raising. This is a founding seat reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, with an established base of prior investors to reactivate and expand.

Based in Bethesda, MD, the role combines deep investor relationships with a scalable fundraising program, requiring a proven track record of converting relationships into committed capital and strong knowledge of fund economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in capital formation, fundraising, or investor coverage at private markets.
• Proven ability converting warm relationships into committed capital.
• Knowledge of fund economics and investor diligence processes.
• Comfortable building process from zero (no existing platform or CRM).
• Bachelor's degree; CFA/CAIA or MBA welcomed, Series 7/63 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reactivate and deepen relationships with the existing investor base and convert to new commitments.
• Extend the network to family offices, RIAs, wealth platforms and high-net-worth investors.
• Own the full fundraising process: positioning, materials, meetings, diligence, terms, and closing.
• Build, track, and report on the capital formation pipeline to the CIO.
• Represent the firm at conferences, investor events, and meetings.
• Shape investor-facing narrative and market positioning.
