Job summary

AI Talent Now is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our senior team in the Mountain View area. You will own the full stack from Python/FastAPI backend to React frontend, interface with enterprise customers, and help shape our product and culture from the ground up.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in full-stack roles, startup experience (VC-backed preferred) and a track record of promoting within teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience at a VC-backed startup (Seed to Series B).
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proficient in Python backend (FastAPI) and React frontend.
• Strong communicator capable of interfacing with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services (Python, FastAPI) and frontend experiences (React) across the full stack.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand use cases and co-build AI agents and workflows.
• Own product and infrastructure areas end-to-end, from problem identification to shipping, including architectural decisions.
• Work closely with co-founders and influence the product roadmap and company strategy.
