Job summary

AI Talent Now is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our senior team in Mountain View, CA. You will own backend and frontend work across Python/FastAPI and React, collaborate with enterprise customers, and help shape our product and culture from the ground up.

This early-stage startup targets scalable AI-driven customer lifecycle solutions. You should have 5–7 years of experience, a track record of progression, and a passion for applied AI.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience at an early-stage VC-backed startup (Seed to Series B).
• Demonstrated promotion history in at least one role.
• Experience at a large, well-known tech company (e.g., Google, Meta) in addition to startup experience.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong communicator who interfaces with enterprise customers and translates requirements into features.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs (Python, FastAPI) and frontend experiences (React) across the full stack.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand use cases and co-build custom AI agents and workflows.
• Own product and infrastructure areas end-to-end, from problem identification to shipping, including architectural decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the co-founders and have a significant influence on the product roadmap and company strategy.
• Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, taking ownership of outcomes from problem identification to shipping features.
