Quantix Search is partnering with an early stage startup to hire a Founding Full Stack Engineer in San Francisco, CA. This true full stack role spans frontend, backend and AI workflows with ownership from day one.

You'll work directly with the founders to build product features, design backend systems, and ship AI enabled experiences into production, embracing ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of software engineering experience (open to exceptional grads).
• Strong full stack fundamentals across frontend + backend.
• Experience building and shipping production software.
• Interest in AI products and early stage environments.
• High ownership and comfortable operating with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Hybrid (3+ days/week)

We\'re partnered with an early stage startup building AI powered software to improve how go-to-market and product/engineering teams collaborate and execute.

Backed by top tier investors with ~$3M raised and seeing strong early traction, they\u2019re now hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help shape the product and technical foundation from an early stage.

This is a true full stack role with ownership across frontend, backend and AI workflows. You\'ll work directly with the founders to build product features, design backend systems, and ship AI enabled experiences into production.
