Int8ke is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to architect an AI-powered platform that analyzes complex chronic illness data, builds vector databases, and fine-tunes models for safer real-world use. You will own features end-to-end from idea to production, ensuring HIPAA-grade security and scalable AWS infrastructure.

You will work closely with the founder to shape product, tech, and culture while aggressively optimizing compute costs and token usage.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and vector databases.
• Strong AWS infrastructure experience.
• Strong React experience.
• Eagerness to own the full stack.
• Genuine curiosity about chronic illness and patient journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Connect non-obvious signals across symptoms, cycles, treatment history, and patient-reported data to inform the predictive layer.
• Ship end-to-end products across the full stack: React on the front, AWS infrastructure underneath.
• Own features from idea to production, including HIPAA-grade security and encryption.
• Sit next to the founder and shape the product, the tech, and the culture.
• Find real ways to optimize token usage and compute costs; treat as a core engineering challenge.
• Move fast, break things, fix them, ship again.
