Job summary

Atmos Clinic in New York City is seeking a Founding Engineer to help build our AI-native care platform from prototype through launch. This is a full-stack role with emphasis on frontend craft and design judgment; you’ll turn complex healthcare workflows into simple, intuitive experiences while building APIs, data models, and integrations.

You’ll work directly with the founders and a small team, own architecture and the design system, ship for web and mobile, and help recruit the engineering team

• Strong frontend and backend integration skills.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility.

• Turn ideas into polished user flows and working software.
• Build frontend and backend services and integrations.
