Job summary

GR8_TECH is seeking an experienced Frontend Mobile Architect to own the Flutter/Dart mobile platform across flagship products. You will scale real-time experiences to millions of users, delivering high-throughput, low-latency Flutter apps while elevating engineering standards across teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in commercial software with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart and hands-on iOS/Android. You will mentor engineers, lead architectural decisions, and champion security and performance

Qualifications

7+ years in commercial software development with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart and hands-on iOS/Android experience.
Proven Founding Engineer track record designing large-scale, high-load Enterprise apps.
Leadership history driving mobile products through full development lifecycle to production.
Strong system design and Dart internals knowledge (isolates, async, null safety).
Experience with state management (Bloc/Riverpod), testing, and monorepos (Melos).
Ability to balance quality with delivery speed and own technical decisions.
Hands-on experience with real-time data (WebSockets) and mobile security standards.

Responsibilities

Own high-level mobile system architecture and define patterns for stability, modularity, and performance.
Translate business goals into robust technical blueprints and trade-off decisions.
Lead incident response and optimize app performance, memory, and frame rates.
Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Ops to align roadmaps and releases.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and PDPs to raise quality.
