Job summary

GR8_TECHUSA is seeking a remote Flutter Tech Lead to own high-level mobile architecture across our Flutter/Dart stack, delivering performant apps for millions of users. You will guide architecture decisions, ensure security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You bring 7+ years in software, 3+ in Flutter/Dart with native iOS/Android experience, strong system design, and hands-on coding.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in commercial software development with Flutter/Dart experience and native iOS/Android knowledge.
• Strong system design and architectural thinking with Dart internals and Flutter rendering pipeline.
• Experience with state management (Bloc or Riverpod), testing, and monorepos (Melos).

Responsibilities

• Own high-level mobile system architecture and define patterns for stable, modular, fast apps.
• Translate business goals into robust technical blueprints and trade-off decisions.
• Establish engineering benchmarks for startup time, memory, and frame rates.
