You will move fast, wear many hats across engineering and product, and directly engage with customers as Alden builds scalable health-tech platforms with ambitious product bets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong programming skills across full-stack web development.
• Tech stack includes React (NextJS), Express and PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to move quickly and wear multiple hats.
• Curiosity about AI technologies, including LLMs and voice AI.
• Ideal candidate has 3+ years as a software engineer.

Aufgaben

• Own large projects from 0 to 1, defining requirements and architecture.
• Build core features like EHR integrations, intelligent workflows, and voice AI infra.
• Deploy and iterate on use cases for customers onboarding onto Alden.
• Improve engineering processes and collaborate with customers directly.
• Partner with CEO/CTO to influence team culture.
