Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economic Development, Business, Public Administration, Urban/Regional Planning, Finance, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year economic development work plan with goals and metrics.
• Identify and implement funding mechanisms including grants and contracts.
• Research policies and financing approaches to generate ongoing resources.
• Proactively write and manage competitive grant applications.
• Manage awarded grants including reporting, budgeting, and coordination.
