Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Five years of leadership/management/operations experience.
• Experience in nonprofit and business operations.

• Team-building and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proven fundraising or donor engagement success.
• Collaborative, facilitative leadership style.
• Commitment to community development and equity.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall vision and leadership across programs and operations.
• Oversee staff development, performance, and accountability.
• Ensure financial health, budgeting, and fundraising success.
• Represent WEDI with funders, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Lead governance collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Drive strategic planning and program effectiveness improvements.
• Manage organizational risk, policy development, and compliance.
