Psychedelic Alpha in Chicago seeks a Dosing Session Facilitator to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive presence during preparation, dosing, and integration sessions within a psychedelic clinical trial.

The ideal candidate is a licensed healthcare provider with psychotherapy training, has experience in psychedelic-assisted therapy or related clinical research, and demonstrates strong communication, documentation, and participant safety skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed healthcare provider with psychotherapy training and independent practice scope.
• Experience supporting participants in psychedelic-assisted therapy programs or psychedelic clinical trials.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and adherence to GCP/IRB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and therapeutic alliance with study participants.
• Conduct preparation sessions and support during dosing sessions.
• Monitor participant well-being and escalate safety concerns to investigators.
• Facilitate post-dosingIntegration sessions as required by protocol.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Complete study documentation accurately per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
