Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field.
• 5+ years of senior operational leadership in charter/urban context.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial management, grant tracking, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilities management, vendor contracts, safety protocols experience.
• Deep commitment to equity and culturally responsive leadership.
• Spanish fluency preferred or bilingual family engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own financial management and budgeting system.
• Oversee facilities, safety, and capital infrastructure.
• Lead technology, data, and information systems.
• Manage compliance, governance, and legal operations.
• Oversee people management and HR compliance.
• Partner with academics on daily operations and transportation, meals, and family communications.
