Qualifications

• Six+ years of related experience, including operational leadership in schools or youth-serving organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build the School and Its Systems: translate the vision into a startup plan with milestones and timelines for opening and early growth.
• Partner with Students, Families, and the Community: lead student recruitment, enrollment operations, and onboarding with a customer-service mindset.
• Lead People and Build Team Capacity: own startup operational work and later build an operations team and develop staff.
• Steward Resources and Create a Ready-to-Learn Environment: manage budget, purchasing, vendors, and facilities readiness to create a safe, welcoming environment.
