• Drive scalable frontier AI capabilities with measurable impact across priority use cases.
• Govern frontier AI activities with security, privacy, regulatory, model-risk governance.
• Build enterprise roadmap translating AI research into scalable capabilities for R&D and operations.
• Oversee PoC, pilot, and production pathways with governance and lifecycle management.
