You will originate, lead a growing team, and shape Heartland Reach Capital's sales engine. The role requires a track record in equipment finance and an existing transferable portfolio capable of generating substantial monthly opportunities, plus a hands-on leadership approach to build the

Qualifications

3+ years in equipment finance or related field.
Proven ability to originate and close commercial equipment-finance transactions.
Existing transferable portfolio generating substantial monthly financing opportunities.
Strong network with equipment vendors, dealers, manufacturers, brokers.

Responsibilities

Originate equipment finance opportunities and develop relationships with vendors and dealers.
Grow and manage a portfolio capable of generating $1–$2M in monthly financing.
Lead and develop Account Executives while remaining an active producer.
Establish pipeline standards, CRM discipline, and measurable KPIs.
Represent Heartland Reach Capital at industry events.
Collaborate with leadership to develop national sales strategy.
Recruit and mentor future sales professionals.
