Job summary

Dental Revenue Group is hiring the Director who will design the operating model, build the partner network, and stand up new practice services for dental groups and investors. This is a founding role at the start of a multi-year program backed by an established, profitable healthcare company.

You will lead go-to-market with our executive team, grow multi-region operations, and ultimately assume leadership of the dental business as the program scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in dental operations, including leadership at a multi-location group.
• Direct P&L ownership and experience integrating acquired or de novo practices.
• Strong relationships with laboratories, suppliers, lenders, brokers or dental societies.
• Experience building a function or business line from an early stage.
• Experience with dental revenue cycle, payer contracting, and practice economics.

Responsibilities

• Design the operating model for a full dental authority—services, delivery, and proof of impact.
• Build the partner network from scratch with labs, distributors, manufacturers, lenders, brokers and educators.
• Negotiate group agreements to show the financial advantage of partnering with us.
• Launch back-office and practice support services, credentialing, compliance and finance operations.
• Develop the capital offering and practice transition services, including valuation and lender relationships.
• Be the industry face with dental societies and group purchasing organizations.
• Shape training curricula for front offices, billing teams and leadership.
• Collaborate on technology design to ensure practical, field-ready solutions.
• Hire and lead the team for this program, not inherit an org chart.
