Privately held multi-specialty dental group seeks a Director of Operations to oversee four Minnesota and Wisconsin locations. The role reports to ownership and directs the administrative, clinical, and location leaders, plus finance and HR functions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate command of a complex dental enterprise and lead it with operational discipline at scale. We have grown substantially and now require strategic operational leadership to run what has been built.

Responsibilities

• Executive appointment. The Director of Operations reports directly to ownership and leads the administrative director, clinical director, location leads, and the finance and human resources functions.
• Lead operations across four locations across Minnesota and Wisconsin with approximately 100 staff and 20 providers, delivering pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery.

An established, privately held multi-specialty dental group is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead operations across four locations. The organization delivers pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, adult cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery through 20 providers and a team of approximately 100 across Minnesota and Wisconsin, with annual revenue in the eight figures. Two pediatric dentists own and operate the business, with no private equity backing. That independence is our greatest advantage: we set our own standards of care and invest in our people without pressure to deliver returns to outside shareholders.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated command of a complex, multi-location dental enterprise and the judgment to lead it at scale. We have grown substantially over the past several years and are now focused on running what we have built with real operational discipline.
