Job summary

Lynton is seeking a founding strategy leader to own the strategy layer of engagements, overseeing assessments, roadmaps, and measurement frameworks. You will expand client accounts, design AI-driven agents, and guide migrations off legacy platforms to AI-native infrastructure.

You will lead a fleet of AI agents and direct senior client relationships to drive revenue growth. You will build playbooks and frameworks from a blank page, shaping a new operating model and a scalable agency function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving measurable client results in digital marketing and sales.
• Agency background with an understanding of the pod, billable hours, and retainer models.
• Experience implementing, integrating, and migrating marketing/CRM systems.
• Led teams or major engagements end to end with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong analytics fluency: GA4, GTM, attribution, dashboards.
• Local SEO depth and AI search awareness; able to explain llms.txt concepts.
• Comfort presenting to VPs/executives and translating strategy into action.
• Proven ability to scope migrations off legacy platforms and design AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy engagement phases: assessments, roadmaps, and budgeted plans.
• Own migrations off legacy tools to AI-native infrastructure and agent workflows.
• Develop measurement frameworks proving revenue impact to clients.
• Craft marketing and sales strategy that turns launches into ongoing engagements.
• Direct AI agents for audits, research, content, and funnel analysis.
• Manage client relationships at senior levels and expand accounts.
